IMD100
The IMD100 is an insulation monitoring device (IMD) designed to continuously monitor insulation resistance in unearthed (IT) electrical systems, particularly within DC applications such as electric vehicle (EV) fast charging infrastructure using CCS and CHAdeMO standards. By providing early detection of insulation deterioration and earth faults, the IMD100 enables proactive maintenance, reduces unplanned downtime, and enhances system safety. Compliant with IEC 61557-8 and suitable for use in high-voltage DC systems up to 1000V, it plays a critical role in ensuring reliable operation and protection of both equipment and personnel.
